Any ideas on a portable gas grill?

I've had good luck with the Weber Q-series portables. Works good with the green bottles and seems to sip from regular tanks with the adapter hose.

Weber Q.

We've had ours for about 8 years. Rugged cast aluminum construction. Cast iron grate. Stainless burner.

We bought the accessory stand but it would be equally at home on a picnic table, tail gate or on the ground.

I'd buy another without reservation.Runs off the 1 pond bottles but we use an adapter hose with 25lb. exchange bottles.

How "portable"? There's a pretty good size range these days. I really like the weber go-anywhere gas grill for a very compact option.

Weber Q without a doubt. I've had mine for close to 10 years and still going strong. For such a small grill it has a huge cooking area.

Just bought a Weber after trying my daughter's last year. Home Hardware was as reasonable as anyone!

I picked up a Rhino grill from Lowes about 15+ years ago and it is still going strong. Very well made. All of the internal parts, burner, grate etc., are anchored down with screws and clamps. No worry about things not staying in their place. I would definitely get another.
