Took some reuben venison brats my wife and I had made up out of the freezer and boiled them in beer in a cast iron pan on the grill while onion rings cooks indirect.

Never heard of a Reuben brat? Is it just the way you dress the sausage, like a Ruben sandwich, or is it the ground meat itself?

It is a Reuben Brat Seasoning we use, excellent reuben flavor in my opinion!

That does sound good....

IMO there would be no reason to continue making thousand island dressing if weren't for Rubens.....
