Anybody ever use one of these? Was just given one by a neighbor and know nothing about them...

I have one. They work well and as advertised. Somewhat light on the smoke flavor but if you want decent smoked food cooked faster it'll do it. I liken it to a Cajun microwave.

Don't waste lump charcoal on it. In fact, I just use the pre-fueled stuff.

I've not used mine in awhile. I think it's at my Dad's.

BTW you can get the manual at:

Yup does a great job on turkeys and for the most part ribs.

Its a steamer...so to say .….I use fuel oil or a mix of match lite charcoal, and charcoal (2bags for10bucks) as its cheap ! And its ALL on the outside anyway...be sure BOTH piles are lit !
