AMA recently admitted the low-fat diet was never backed by ANY science and was simply a marketing ploy. Hard to figure out what to do with milk after you take all the goody out of it!

If I want half the fat I'll take half the amount of the full fat stuff. Beats the hell out of the whole amount of the crappy stuff.

Light beer should be on a similar list. I don't mean lighter styles of beer like Kolsch. I mean the Coors light, Bud light, Michelob Ultra type stuff.

Several popular Mexican beers belong on a list for at least ten years hard labor.

Coor's light is like club soda with the flavor removed!

I'd say club soda with some skanky bad flavor added.

Heck I'd tag Coors regular with this same description.

It isn't a favorite of mine, but to me it is a good bit better than its light version.
