In # 4, I like how the warm light illuminates the neck and chest, and there is the catchlight in his eye. Maybe lessen the vignette in #1

I hear a lot of people say you can't get a good photo at ISO's like that. They look great to me. Matter of fact without that ISO you end up with no picture at all. really nice!

Yep without it it's charcoal grey and lotsa noise ;-) LR5 helps a bit too...
