Every summer, I try to spend a week in the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado when the wildflowers are blooming. This has always been a photography trip and the fly rod has been left behind. Every year though, I question that decision when I see a nice stream or rises in a mirrored lake. Here is a selection of five images from this past July.

Great pictures! Especially like the ones of the columbine. I love hiking the high country, but didn't get out this summer, so I appreciate you sharing your pictures.
