I watched the video on their website. It looks like it could be useful - once you got the hang of it. Looked like the guy had to fiddle with it to get it adjusted correctly, all with his off hand. If you are relatively dexterous, probably won't be that great of an issue. Also, when repositioning it, he moves the whole thing - in tight quarters that might be a problem.
Then there is the cost. MSR is $129, for which you have to add in the price of your own bipod. If'n it were me, I'd have a serious of small detents on the length of the shaft, with a small, spring activated thumb switch/catch for adjustment. Might not be quite as precise, but might eliminate the dicking around that he does with the screw/stop they are currently using. Of course, they may have already thought of and rejected that idea in their development.....
Pretty easy for me to pass on anything that says Eberlestock on it. If you can't hit something off of your ruck sack laying prone then the only thing that's gonna' help is shooting more....
