Now...one would normally think that any Yahoo that can shoot 1/2 MOA with a rifle would...at the same time, being a handloader would know about 'neck tension'etc. If it shoots 1/2 MOA shouldn't be any fliers!

Wait a minute. You're not getting it. The group is a one holer except for the ones that make it a half inch.

1/2 MOA groups are easy. Just disregard "called fliers".

ALL of my groups are one holers....
