That'd make anybody grin like a dog eatin' schitt..... grin

Nice shooting!

Lots of guys can't shoot that well at 200, let alone 600......

Well done!

And prolly make critters shake like a dog tryin' to schitt a peach seed.... laugh

Nice shooting and thanks for the visual Tanner.
What round is that in your hand, the 243AI?
Thanks guys. Glad no one saw me when I checked the steel on those. I was pretty dam proud of myself.

Kingston the top pic is a 6.5-284 case and the bottom is a 243 AI.

Windless days are few and far between where I live.

Dang fine shooting!!!
Great shooting there 6mmWasp! Seems like dang good loads, rifles, and shooter. I like the specs on that 243 AI as well, got any pics to share?

Jason
Jason, this is the only pic I have handy, It is in a newer TI from Stockey's. Action trued. barrel and stock fit by John Brandstatter ( Roscoe;s LLC ) Now it has Talley's and a VX2 6-18.

Load is 45.0 of RL 19, Nosler brass, CCI 200, just on the lands, 24" 1-8 #3 Bartlein.

Stiff load don't start there for sure!!!!!

I just measured the group with the 243 AI. 1.810".

I hope no one asks me to duplicate it!

Sorry for the cell phone pic.
Very well done!! Looks like those two are ready to fill some tags.
Great accuracy and shooting Mike !

I heard Montana was an old Indian word for "wind that blows buffalo away" .
Pretty good shootin' for an amateur.... grin

Wish I had a place where I could shoot at that range.
Yea think eastern Montana fits that definition for the wind here.

Amateur is definitely the right word. I'm lucky to have a place where I can shoot miles. Just can't hit anything that far.
Thanks for the pic and load info. What's the velocity of the 105?

6mmwasp,great shooting once in awhile we get a day where everything works out that's what makes this so much fun, Tried to post a close up but couldn't get it to post, your load is much different than mine, 105 gr. scenar 41.5 gr. H- 4350 at 2950 fps. CCi 200 primer, I need to get some r-19 and see if I can work up a load that works in my rifle. little more speed would help me maybe. Rio7

Great shooting 'WASP.

Travis
Rio, looks like H4350 is working. Big leap from 600 to 800.

Deflave, Clark, Dave, Travis,Thanks
Yeah buddy, that's some nice shooting.
6, great shooting, can you post a pic of the Cooper and the build specs (model)? Thanks.
Sako76

Sorry I don't have any pictures of the Cooper but it is a box stock Cooper Model 22 Phoenix. Only thing I have done with it was adjust the trigger. Think it has about 400 rounds fired.
6MM--thanks for the info, I was on the fence about buying a Cooper 52 in 6.5x284, your report may have swayed me!
