Ordered a 4-14-50 30 mm tube cds Leupold, how far should I be able to adjust to with this scope on a 6.5 creedmoor with 143 hornadys or 140 Berger ? TIA

Call Leupold and see what the total range of adjustment is. Consider how much cant is in your scope base; 20 MOA, 40 MOA or parrellel, and get on jbm ballistics and see how much drop you have at distance. I don't have a CDS, so can't say for certain but I think they're only set up for a single rotation. That is if you go more than a single rotation, you need to be very careful to keep track of how far you've turned.

140 VLD at 2800, roughly 700 yards. CDS has only one spin of the dial, 15 MOA per revolution, unless you use the supplied dial w/o the zero stop detent ball.
