Anybody have any personal experience with one? Sounds like a smaller, slightly better version of a G7 BR2. There's not much info out there about them yet but I have notices a couple posts elsewhere where guys say they've seen one in action. Not much detail though.

A small quantity were built for testing, & regular shipments are not expected to be available till close to summer.

The new 2200 model is the 2400 w/o the bells and whistles, and will not out perform the 2000 model, or 5% at best.

No prices have been set yet for either model.

Thanks guys. Still not finding any real world experience on them. Sounds like they will be testing and reviewing one over at LRH.

They did say this by the way - "The KILO 2400 is expected to range even better than the new 2200. They say the 2400 has 25% better ranging capabilities than the 2000."

And it sounds like they are going to ship in a few weeks.

If anybody gets one, let us know what you think please.
I have had one since just before Xmas. Haven't tried long distance yet but the way it works and syncs with the phone is amazing. The ballistics software is very nice coming from using shooter and Ballistic, and I look forward to taking it to the range this week.
will let you know of noteable differences in ranging between this one and the Kilo 2000 that i opted to keep for now.

Yesterday evening i took it out. Sun had just set behind me.
ranged with both the 2000 and the 2400
at 2392.6 yards they both read the same with the same ease. Was ranging a building. no hesitation.

Then at 1369.2 yards i ranged shrubs and trees. instantly read with the 2400 but it took a little longer (2 seconds) to get a reading with the 2000.

It was a 100 yard strip of woods. The 2400 picked up on any spot i chose along the wood line, but the 2000 had trouble in certain spots.

Going to have to play more with the 2400, but they are both amazing range finders. I have never ranged anythign at 2400 yards, and just happened this is how far it was to those buildings. Everythign else was inside 500 yards and they were identical in performance.

Nice. I guess that I am not too worried about getting rid of my 2000, especially since I don't even have a fancy phone!

I see that site that you mentioned above has a review now of the rangefinder.
