I have a Tikka barreled action in 22-250 that wants to become a 7-08. Luck for that barreled action, I found a Tikka stainless fluted barrel in 7-08.

I don't have the parts to handle this, but I have to imagine there are quite a few guys who do.

Any suggestions for someone who can spin off the old 22-250, spin on the new 7-08, and ship me back the rifle without a 6 month wait?

If it was me I'd send it to Shaen @ Shaen Rifles. Does super work and so far his turn around time has been great. Think he posts here under Shooter71?
