We're thrilled to share some exhilarating news with you that has the firearms community abuzz with anticipation! Bullet Central is proud to announce that we now offer Custom Rifle Barrels, a brand synonymous with unmatched precision and innovation in the world of competitive shooting.

At the helm of this groundbreaking venture is Austin Orgain, a name that resonates with excellence and unmatched expertise in the competitive shooting arena. Austin, a distinguished figure known for his formidable skills, is a two-time Precision Rifle Series (PRS) champion and holds the highest total accumulated PRS points over the past seven years. His journey has been marked by remarkable achievements, including PRS Overall Season Champion titles in 2020 and 2021, the 2017 National Rifle League (NRL) Season Champion title, and triumph in the prestigious 2020 Armageddon Gear Cup (AG Cup).

Austin's venture into the creation of Custom Rifle Barrels began with the acquisition of the esteemed barrel-making equipment from Hawk Hill Customs. In a move that underscores his dedication to maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship and legacy, Austin underwent personal training from Shawn Burkholden, the former owner of Hawk Hill Customs. This mentorship has culminated in the establishment of Custom Rifle Barrels, setting the stage for a new era of excellence in rifle craftsmanship.

Bullet Central is honored to bring these meticulously crafted barrels to our valued customers. With Austin Orgain's proven track record and dedication to precision, Custom Rifle Barrels promises to deliver an unparalleled shooting experience. Whether you are a competitive shooter aiming for the top or a firearms enthusiast seeking the utmost in accuracy and performance, these barrels represent the pinnacle of innovation and quality.

Only one way to find out.

It will be awhile.
I put 3 on my latest BR gun.
3 HHs.
But I wear them out I'll give it a go..
I put a Mullerworks on one .
Not to long ago.
Kinda interested in that one.
I just hope this new place doesn't disappear like Broughton did....

I'd bet heavy odds the new guy is gonna concentrate for at least a while on what the PRS guys are gonna want. Not many of them run .224's from what I've seen.

Yep. It'll probably be quite awhile to have a seat for every keister.

Is .257 popular in PRS?
Posted By: 30338 Re: Hawk Hill is back - 03/09/24
Apparently 25x47 is becoming quite popular. I just stick with the parent case. I think I have 3 Hawk Hills and they are all quite good. Hope the new guy is worthy.

I got a couple HH's when Kurt 30-338 and JM recommended them. My last order for a 338 order was lost in the move. Spoke to Shawn and he was supposed to get that one done while he was training Austin. Need to send a message and see if it every happened. Glad they are up and running, hoping they are as great as what Shawn turned out.
.224 is listed and pictured at the very bottom of the list on the website. Says Out of Stock.

i wish the new owner all the luck in the world and with the back log at other makers there is a spot for him for sure...

i do have to ask others i have owned douglas, mullerworks, lilja, hawk hill, hart, rock creek, brux, and K&P and they all shot 1/2 inch or better I just could never tell the difference in accuracy or clean up in any of them are you guys

Same here for the most part in regards to accuracy. I have several Bench Mark barrels and they seem to foul much less than my others.

It looks like there only offered in one conture.

Benchmark has a honing machine that creates a really great interior finish.
