Do not know about this spacifice setup. However, my 458 Lott MRC 99 with a MRC barrel, shoots 3/4" at 100 with 500 grain solids. I build the rifle with NEGWs sights, Bastogne walnut stock, 100% glass beded action and bottom metal, did a full DG style setup on the function, glass like function polish.

$1k is a excellent price on the MEC's 98/70 combination action. Has the long mag to allow the full Lott performance. If I wanted to build another DG rifle, I would snap this barrel action up.
