I think I remember hearing that a company out there has a process to paint gun stocks by which any pattern can be replicated. In other words I could give them a piece of cmo cloth and the could replicate it on my stock. I would love to get this done in the new 3d camo the military uses.
BWalker,
Check with both Bell & Carlson and Rimock (I think) on custom camo added or built in to the stock.
Rimrock is now Borden-Rimrock.
I emailed Borden twice asking about a variation of a camo pattern that they do. No response. You may have to call.
Celt at HD Rifles does a "digi flauge" type of paint job - not an exact copy of a cammo swatch but really cool.
ktg is right. Borden doesn't respond well to e-mail
for some reason. But on the phone you can get any
very detailed info you want about them or their product.
By the way, the product is excellent! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Thank God this is about cammo, I'm not that kind of guy... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
