Nice. Take some spy pics of their setups and text them to me....

They are great people. Extremely friendly and informative. You will learn a lot. They are very under rated and it's surprising who all they build barrels for. They are my favorite button barrel maker. Lots of luck on getting pictures though. Be sure to ask to see the action truing, barrel fitting process and about how many barrels they fit a year. Last I knew it was an incredible number. Ask if you can what it takes to get that position.

Wife and I went up to Gold Beach to visit relatives a few years ago, probably longer than I remember, so I called Pac-Nor and took along a Remington 700 to have rebarreled. They are a little hard to find, up a rural driveway that reminded me of the park I managed at the time, not at all what I expected. We were given a tour of the factory by Chris Dichter. At the time the factory appeared to be a small shop from the front, but once inside continued to go on and on. Really interesting, I recall they had one machining center set up just for government contract 20mm barrels. They have continued to expand and improve production as noted in this article regarding the Sunnen Honing System, a machine they didn't have at the time of our visit.
