Florida gets an early start on turkeys. Our season dosen’t open till April 15th. These pictures are making me anxious

Please tell me you've started these young men on keeping a "Hunting Journal"!
They don't have to rewrite "War and Peace", just a brief description of the hunt with some particulars.
Weather, who was with them, the gun, a description of the hunt, etc, etc.

It also works for fishing trips and any other significant life events.

Good deal on the young guys smashing gobblers. And my hat is off to the men who helped make it happen. My dad called my first gobbler to me in 1976, I remember it as it happened 2 hours ago.

First bird taken for a young lady who has the itch. Haley is a family friend whose parents don't hunt but encourage her to shoot often. Shooting has led to an interest in hunting. This morning the efforts finally paid off!!
