Hey Guys:

Yesterday afternoon I had 4 Gobblers laying down in my back yard! Taking it easy. They don't stay long.

I do N0T feed them in the summer - only in the winter.

I've seen several hens with polts on my property. Polts have first feathers.

I stopped at the Emporia,Kansas gas stop on the way to Kansas City.
When I left there were two hens and 8 poults across the fence from the interstate.

Three hens, with new hatches, on my farm on the Arkansas River. Should be a good boost to the already great population of Rio Grandes!

A Rio Grande gobbler was seen in Casper, WY yesterday and even made his way onto the local TV news report.
