Looking to ID these, andLooking to sell these, I got a bunch at an estate sale.Some look like savage but I'm not sure anymore on them.

Hard telling but in your first group the third one down from the top on the left side I've seen on 99s dating back to the 20s and maybe earlier. They seem to fetch good money. The bottom sight on the right seems to have been used on the 340 series of rifles. The Marbles in your second group I think were all pretty much generic replacements that were made more to match a front blade height than a given rifle. I would be interested in the little folder on bottom of the right side in the second group if you decide to sell. Best of luck with your investigation.

Tal35... second photo, lower right is a Marbles 95 and was made in different heights...is there a code letter stamped on it?

Great, if you only use one hole! I wasn't sure but it looks like a sight for the later Remington model 121's & the 572's & possibly a few others.

They were made in three heights and with the small sliding adjustment one of the three would work with almost any gun so there isn't a specific code stamped on most of them - the only versions that might have a code would be the ones with special bases - they were also made with a narrower dovetail for early Stevens rifles so measure the dovetail) and with screw on bases for guns like the Remington Model's 8 & 81. The XT, extra tall, I believe is only cataloged for use on the Savage Model 1920 and I don't believe they have a code on them.

The Marble's 95's fit flush to the barrel, the sight base itself acts as the spring to hold it up or folded, there is no elevator.

4th down on left is for Winchester model 1906 pump.

Jeff maybe the bulls eye marbles if they make it for a remington for the rear of the nra.That lyman front is pretty nifty.

I'd take any of those that are Savage sights and have the early blade style.

tal, I'm thinking maybe top row middle one. Hard to tell from the angle of the photo.

Top 2 on left are Remington 701's, common sight used on several models and often found as a replacement on other makes (there's a 1899 for sale now with one of these), next to them to the left is a Remington or possibly Meriden used on 22 cal. The one with two hole is possibly Remington for 22's. Far right top is a Winchester, broken & missing parts.

Bottom left is a Savage No 20, version introduce in the mid-30's. To the right of it are various Marble's aftermarket sights.

Bottom right in first photo is very likely for an early sav. m340 (dockendorf)
