Please include a note inside of how many of each signed paperback and hardcover books you would like. Might want to jot down any numbers you've reserved or would like, and whether that number should be a paperback or hardcover.

Calendars have to be ordered from the web site where the printer will ship directly to you. Feel free to buy an extra unsigned copy of the book and combine shipping.

Costs for the signed and numbered books are:

Paperback: $26.99 + shipping
Hardcover: $33.99 + shipping

For shipping, add to the total:

1 book : $5
2-4 books : $8

If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, New Zealand, Germany etc, ask or PM about shipping and I will figure out the amount.

If you want more than 4 books.. bless you. PM me and we'll figure out the cost.

I probably won't have the books in hand for another 10-14 days, so shipping will start after I get them.

Out of curiosity, how does getting a specific number work with on demand printing?

I order a large mass of books and have them shipped to my home. You send me a check, and I send you the book with the number you've reserved.

If you order off of the web site, the printer will ship a book directly to you and it won't be signed or numbered.

Check in the mail, and a request for #250 if it isn't spoken for (to match my Royal book). If the number is taken, then any old number will do.

If you have the empty .300 case you shot that big "smiley" buck with, how about using it to do a "rubber stamp" imprint too? I would love ya forever!

I did have that one up on my dresser for the longest time.. I bet I know the shoebox my wife dumped it into also. I think she's waiting to see how long it will take me to put that stuff away, and at this point the challenge is to outwait her. If I find it, I'll stamp it.

I do have Royal's Number 58, but I don't many years to enjoy the number. I will yield it to whomever requested it.

If you have David’s #58, you can have #58 of mine.

I see that paperbacks ordered off of the web site 10 and 11 days ago are starting to ship from the printer to folks. I haven't seen any hardcovers shipped yet.. and my large order hasn't shipped. A few of the calendar orders went out last week, so hopefully folks who ordered those will get them soon.

Sigh.

Posting this with the hope that the big order and people's hardcover orders get shipped right after I hig "Post Reply". Seems to be how things usually work.

I changed my mind. I want the same number as what's on the $20 dollar bill you stick in it for a book mark.

Any number is fine for a friend at work so don't want to take somebody number that has David's book

Lots of empty slots, if somebody has a numbered book of David's they get preference - as long as they speak up in the next week or two.

Printing and shipping my large order of books to ship out to you guys has taken several days longer than I expected. My drafts in June and July were printed within 8 days, it's now 2 weeks since I placed my big order. In fact, anything with a hardcover in the order hasn't been printed yet.

I think my timing for releasing it was bad... I bet the printers are swamped doing college book orders for the fall semester. They'll get to the pocket reference within a few days, I'm betting.


Time to dig out that Monopoly game that's buried in a closet somewhere..

This may stir things up considerably. I sold about 90 plus books at the OGCA show and the CGCA show in May 2016. They were selling fast and I couldn't log names and numbers. They were approximately in the high 100 numbers to the middle or somewhat higher 200's. Numbers like 199 and 250 were already taken by members here. But the other numbers in that range are available.

Rory, I'm sorry, I'm a little slow. Should I print the order form and send you a check? Or can I Zelle it or Pay Pal it to you? All of the above work for me. I know you are getting busy, want to do it the easiest way for you. Thank you sincerely.

Well.. just got tracking numbers for the big shipment to me!

So now it's up to Fedex to get it here without routing from Massachusetts through Oregon first. They estimate Monday Tuesday (now)... we'll see.

It was brought to my attention that I might have confused folks on the calendar. The cover page is black & white, as would be any 1930's photograph of the factory assembly areas.

But the inside pages are full color. Here's the September page for A2 checkering. I think I like the pictures of the catalog artwork more than I like the pictures of the rifles..
