Hi Guys...Can anyone give me information and a reasonable price for a Savage Model 219 30-30 single shot in good to excellent condition? Action locks up VERY TIGHT. I just purchased one from a couple who needed the money for a house payment and am just trying to recoup some of my money.

I can take and post pics if that would be helpful. Thank you.
They have been Selling from what i have seen any-where from 125.00 to 300.00 tops pending condition of course.

I have a couple of 220s (shotguns) and a couple of 219s , IIRC the most I have paid for one is $175 and the least was $80

I'm interested if you are looking to sell. Email me at [email protected]
thanks
No , I just mentioned those as an indicator of prices.

Ditto.

Got my 30-30 for $120 and my 220 28 ga for $70.

Got the 22 Hornet, 16 ga, 25-20 barrels seperately.
I was telling Racer1 I was interested if he wanted to sell.
Any info on age? All I can find is a small 21 inside a circle on the right lower right side of receiver. I have also attached pics if that helps.

Recoil pad ain't original, pretty scratched up stock and a fairly good sized crack in the forearm. Definitely nothing in "excellent" condition there, maybe fair.

Looks like a $100 truck gun to me.

The circle and number is an assembly mark. Your gun was made in Utica back when the 219 was introduced. They never started to serial or date code the 219's till well into the Chicopee years.
I think Mad Dog was being generous when he graded it fair.

Looks like it has spent most of it's recent life on the floor of a pickup. On top of the tools, but underneath the logging chains.

$100-$125
