Did they ever make a 99 deluxe, 300. with Monte Carlo stock with sling swivels in 1953????

Well I did some internet searching, and found out they were made from 1960 to 1973, in the 300 . I haven't found any on any of the gun selling sites to get a ball park value.. This gun I would rate at 98% both wood and metal.. Can some of the seasoned collectors here give me a ball park range of what it might be worth.. Iam thing of buying it, buy have nothing to compare it with,,Thanks,,,bruce..

Is it pressed checkered? That started in 1964 and a half. That strong of condition I'll wager $1500 if cut checkered, $1000 at best for pressed

Pretty sure or 90% sure its cut checkering.. Going to look at it tomorrow... That's why I need all the info now before I drive there and look/buy it.. Asking 700.oo ??

Well got stood up?? Drove one hr. to get there,, and waited one hour,,called three times,, and drove back one hr.. I believe he was offered more money for the gun,because before I left , he told me another guy offered him more than what he was asking.. he told me there was EMT stamped on the stock and had a 26 inch barrel?? EMT ????

If he stood you up, I wouldn't buy it off of him for $7.

only thing worse..drive to meet and the buyer tries to buy for less than agreed on, I promptly put the gun away and drove off.

Brucie. Thought I saw in pennswoods where someone was looking for a particular 99 out in ur neck of the woods with the EMT on it. Willing to pay 2500. I believe that was last week. Caught my eye. Might be mistaken but I don't think so.r
