120 yards is pretty close for an animal that can run with a quarter horse, even if upwind. Hope you had the .358 with you!

That's one of the reasons that I learned how to cook.

but if I had to eat a whole bear by myself I would get porky over time

donate the meat to hunters against hunger and have a nice rug!

I'll have to check and see if game meat is acceptable for food banks

we feed about half the town here it seems. there are some places where they don't accept it though. we just changed the law here regarding road kill. now you can just take it. before you had to call a registered retriever and he would take it to a butcher and he would send it to the food bank.
