Hello. My wife does not like me to be on Gunbroker anymore. And I do not have the searching capabilities you guys seem to have. I am looking for a 300 Savage F takedown with the integrated sight. Old style pencil thin barrel. Good bore but drilled and tapped. Gonna hunt with it so butt pad, cracks, grey squirrel no matter. Just a good bore. If you find one let me know. Thanks John

that's ok, my word dyslexia kicked in and I read it as "no squirrel grey matter"

Tell your lovely wife that you travel all over the country working on horses so you can enjoy gun collecting with the proceeds. smile Otherwise, what's the point?

Nice rifle! But I am looking for the earlier model that has the integrated sight. It IS NOT my wife to blame. Every time I go on gunbroker I end up with another Marlin 30/30! So it is self imposed!

I see no reason to self-discipline, there are plenty of people willing to do that for me.

Looks like Fireball2 has the rarely found Marbles compass with the even more scarce Savage 99 attachment!

Hey, be kind. Northern California hasn't always been San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and OC! Unfortunately, everyone seems to think thats all it is these days.

just do what i do, when i buy a new gun, i "buy it for her" then she says she don't want a new gun and the rest is history..........
