I don't know, but $300 doesn't seem too bad a cost to find out, cracked stock and lever not withstanding.
Nicely executed custom stock on an early action. Too bad it's busted. Note too the neatly executed sight slot filler. Whoever built that rifle was no slouch. If I hadn't just blown my allowance I would probably ante up the opening bid.

That guy runs a lot of junkers through gunbroker. I wonder where he digs them up.
I'm guessing they guy who did the other work also fabricated the rear sight.
That's the world famous "aborto" rear sight, typically used with the "where's my friggin glasses" front sight.
Sometimes, less is more.
