The front sight ramp looks odd to me, is that normal in those rifles?

As a note...Rifle has the B&M D&T'd holes. Other rifles with this are in the 344xxx range or later but this could be a rifle that has had them added. Am interested in finding more details. I have asked Mark for info. I see the rifle has sold.
