110 WLE 7X57, one of one thousand showed up on Gunnutz tonight (unfired in the box) for $650 Canadian. I've already got a sweet 110 WLE and I'm actually thinking about buying this gun just for the damn box.
I thought I out grew this sickness years ago.
An itch seldom goes away without being scratched...
No known cure. Terminal to your finances.
No known cure. Curious, what does the WLE stand for it the model designation?
Is it a lefty? I'd buy the rifle if you really want the box, and then sell the one you have. But don't forget, it's just a box and to put a spin on a familiar saying; " buy the rifle, not the box." NIB never really pulled me in.
...just buy it, even if you have to sell it in a week it's not going down in value... I wish it was on this side of the 48th
Serial number is probably on the box, no?
Ya but I'd keep that one and sell this one.
WLE stands for Walnut, Limited Edition, I believe.
You had better clear leather on it before it's gone.
Ya but I'd keep that one and sell this one.
WLE stands for Walnut, Limited Edition, I believe.
Aha..
Upgrading the collection never ends.
I once owned a NIB 110WLE in 250-3000, it had a very pretty stock.
Did it say one of one thousand on it?
I know they only made 500 of the WLE's in 1991 in 300 Savage, then 1000 of the 7X57's in 92, 250's must have been the 1993 offering.
Ryan's Sport Shop in Durand, Wi., has one of each caliber new in box for sale. Two are on Gunbroker.
