Custom Skinner in 154cm stainless, .085" thick.
OD Micarta handle with black liner and stainless pins and tube.
9.5" OAL, with flat grind 4.75" blade.
Sheath is hand-tooled leather and hand-stitched leather; it's my first so maybe a little rough.

I've been making kitchen knives, primarily Santoku and Chef style. Except for a couple of hunters, this my first foray outside the kitchen design.

Nice work, many people love that design. Wish my sheath work was that nice and I've built a few. Seems the first one is always the toughest.

Thanks! You can probably tell it was modeled after a large Sharpfinger. Not my favorite style, but I made it on the suggestion of a friend.

Like everything else in knifemaking, the sheath takes patience and perseverence. I should have said this sheath is my first completed sheath.
