Little update and bump for Joel.

Not many critters to cut up here during the summer so most action was cutting up material to go on crackers...grin. Also seen much use slicing veggies and trimming up meats and things in the kitchen.

Worked up a bow kill buck for a friend couple weeks ago and knife still sharp. Touched it up cause that's kinda what I do to unwind in the evenings waiting on supper.

Next up a cow elk my first elk. Took her apart and put on the horse knife was still sharp. The friend I was with was impressed with how sharp it was start to finish. I was too but had nothing to compare to because it was my first elk to cut on. Either way thanks Joel it's a very well made knife.
