Got a couple new ones in mail today, 6.5 mags just a little bigger then the original 4 1/8 handle 3' blade both in S30V, new jade g-10 beaded and spalted pecan, i am really impressed with them they feel awesome in hand, he made the mistake of telling me he has 2 more sitting there looking for a home, just waiting for handles, here's a pic of the original in comparison.

They feel just about perfect Reno, sweet size for about anything a guy needs to do, also had him make handles a little thicker, I think he nailed this one, and yes I am glad to see Gene back at it as well, he's a great dude.

New Jade g-10, that one is beaded that i just posted and this one a skinny semi i got awhile ago is polished in the same stuff, both look amazing.

Gene, as well as the other great blade smiths that share space with us here, are willing to 'bend the rules', to add that little personal touch, to make a custom, really custom.

Just an FYI, new orders aren't being delivered till June of 15. I have one that should be done by March. Can't wait.
