Looks like a useful utility, jack-of-all-trades, knife. Anybody here use this style of knife and, if so, what do you think of it?
never owned one, but have used several. They make a great tool for spreading peanut butter, but for what I need in a camp knife, they are not ideal.
I've used one and owned a couple of the basic Kephart spearpoint style. They are useful, but not my choice for an all around knife. The idea behind them was one knife for everything.....it does many things well, but nothing does everything perfect.

If going for one to do everything I prefer the design/style of Charlie May's Skifa with a scandi grind and use it for a lot of work...but I have a problem adhering to the one for everything principle.

I have used one, not my cup of tea which is weird because a spear point blade is my favorite pocket knife blade design. I prefer a big blade for a camp knife along with a pocket knife.
