Here's one I just finished up in Stabilized Spalted Holly. Got a very nice natural Grey tint to the wood that came out pretty.

Not in the shop at the moment, but I believe the brisket carver is about 12" or there abouts with a 5" handle. I picked up that spalted holly quite a while back and stumbled on it recently and thought I needed to cut into it and see what it looked like. Little prettier than I had suspected once I cut it open and I figured it needed a home on a knife that would do it justice.

As per usual you guys have better photography skills than I do...

And your knife-making skills are..............


maybe a trade could be in order.
