Looking at buying one for a wedding gift, thought I would see what is available on the fire.

I've been known to make 'em but I don't enjoy it.

Why not a good chef and paring knife or a couple of general purpose knives. Do you expect that they will in a style where they will be cooking and using a cleaver "often"?
