I saw the name Joe Kious on another thread and remembered that I had a knife that I inherited from my dad sometime back. Sure enough it is a Kious. My dad had this knife about as long as I can remember. Could be 30 yrs old.

Any info on the knife or the maker would be appreciated.

That is one of Joe's earlier pieces and would have been made when he was in Alamo Texas, I'd guess early 1980s. I have some of Joe's catalogs from this time, but haven't looked at them in a while. I'd guess he sold that knife for $75 to $100.

Joe was killed in December of 2014.
