Heck yeah...congrats. Got one similar on camera, just an old bruiser with big forks.

I hunt in East Central GA, that's a really nice buck weight wise, most of ours (which we feed all year) are in the 180s. Quite a 6 pt, congratulations!

Well alright! He's a husky bugger - congrats.

TrueGrit - maturity is the goal and often that comes with a nice rack, but not always. Either way that's definitely an old mature bruiser for middle Ga and a "trophy". Congrats!

Excellent buck; especially for middle GA. Any buck over 200 lb. Live weight is real big.

Well done taking an oldster.

Great buck. Probably pretty old. What did his teeth look like?
We have only killed a few with live weight over 200 lbs. In the last 5-10 years they don’t seem to be as heavy.

Good work. The antlers look curious to me with that left side being a bit odd. Did he show any signs of injury on the right side?
Posted By: Doc_Holidude Re: Good Georgia buck. - 11/03/23
Quite a hog with character too! Congrats!
