anybody know of a stock maker who could build a left handed thumbhole for right hand action?

Try Boyds. I am sure I saw some while looking for a true lefty stock.

There is a guy on Gunbroker selling some custom stocks like that.. he wants a lot for them, but thats what he's got. Type in "Left" and under stocks look down at some of the more expensive stuff.

boyds has a bunch of them for many models, thats where I would look first

richards micro stocks do custom jobs for just that and not a bad price.
