I am wanting a place to deer hunt in North Mississippi.
Somewhere around Hernando,Senatobia or the Independence/Coldwater area.

I have a place that I hunt in Arkansas but it is about a 2 and a half hour drive from where I live in Independence MS.

I am just wanting to be able to go out and hunt occasionally and come back home without the long drive.

I am 55 years old,responsible,and will treat your land and you with respect.
I will abide by your rules and keep all gates closed behind me.

I am a safety minded hunter and would never shoot in the direction of a home ,vehicle,cattle or person.

Just me and I wont bring anyone else.

I hope you find something. It's tough if there is no public land. Everything seems gobbled up in leases.

Hopefully there will be a landowner that will read this and let me do a little deer hunting on his ground.
Or someone that can take a guest occasionally.
I figure its a long shot but you never know,there are still some nice people left in the world !

Craig, I'm far from you, but have you looked into a local hunting club to join? Around here most private land is leased by clubs, however many will take in new members - just have to figure out in advance if you/them are compatible.
