Hello all.
Ive been wanting to hunt axis for a few years now and haven't had the opportunity. I'm having a pretty good year at the office this year and wanted to book a hunt to celebrate. However, as a result of being so busy, the first part of the year has kinda gotten away from me. I'm wanting to book a hunt for a hard horned trophy and a doe. Is it too late to do so for this year? I know a lot of yall like to hunt these beautiful spotted beasts, so I'm looking for some pointers.
If it's not too late for this year (or even if it is I guess), I'd love to have some recommendations for ranches and guides to look at. I live just east of Dallas and would prefer to stay within 5-6 hours of home but it's not a deal breaker if it's further away.
