Thanks guys. I was as proud of the boy as he was his deer. Have not put a tape on it. Weighed ~176 live weight. Crossbow through the neck which was his only shot, but it was close, so he was confident.

I've got some catching up to do. Been traveling a lot and have not been afield. But I've said it before on here; I've gotten to the point in my hunting career where I enjoy helping and watching others like kids and, soon, grand-kids enjoy what I have for so many years.
