I'd like to find a folding ladder sight for my '95 Cowboy. Anybody know where I can get one?
No need to suggest other types, I know what I want. Just need a source.

Smith Enterprises has a folding full-buckhorn ladder sight for lever actions. It would look real good on a 95 CB.

Brownell's has it as part number 851-018-101 for the standard one and 851-000-026 for a long range model. Pricey though at $100 and $135 respectively. Check their website for a picture and details. www.brownells.com

The Blue Press, the Dillon reloading catalog has a ladder rear sight that I am considering for my two Cowboys, one 1895 and 336 cowboy in 30-30, I think it would look pretty slick, and be very functional, though you would not get as good a groups as with a peep sight, but I can live with that. I have peep sights on some of my other rifles. Variety is the spice of life.

I should have added that Blue Press phone number is 1-800-223-4570, and the sight is on page 27, and its called the Smith Enterprise rear sight, it is a Buckhorn/Ladder sight that fits 3/8" dovetail.

MuleLogger-

Just curious, what's the price for it in the Dillon Catalog? It is the same sight as in the Brownell's catalog.
