Where can I buy 375 wcf brass?
Can it be made from another caliber?
How much does it cost?
30/30 brass makes .375, HOWEVER, almost everyone will tell you that it's thinner and should not be loaded to .375 Win pressures. Some argue otherwise. I have no position, just answering your question.
You can also trim 38-55 brass to length. Same argument that Fireball mentions that it is thinner and can't be loaded to 375 Win levels. I've never run a .375 WIn hard enough to notice. I've had two, a Savage 99 I never should have sold and Winchester 94 Big Bore that I just reacquired this afternoon. I'll probably hunt around for some brass but make some out of .30-30 and make up some cast bullet loads that will work just fine.
You can buy .375 Win brass on GunBroker.
It costs an arm & a leg.
Thanks for the help friends.
Does the little 375 round have a favorite powder?
I plan on sighting in the irons dead on @ 50yrds.
Will forsure try to find brass at the local gun shows.
Does Winchester make it once a blue moon like they do the 300H&H,7-30waters,356,307,38-55,etc. brass?
My .375's love RE-7 and H 4198.
Does Hornady still make the 220gr. flat nose soft?
Not only no 375win. but 35 rem.& 30-30 are off the shelf and unobtainable for the future at all the local gunshops!
Has the world turned upside down?
Other than Hornady does speer or sierra or nosler make a jacketed bullet?
How hard is it to get Winchester jacketed bullets?
I hate to shoot plain lead for fear of leading my barrel...won't lead stick to the copper jacket streaks in the bore groves?
I know Winchester 94,marlin,TC Contender,Ruger#3 and I think magnum research BFR single action revolvers are chambered in 375 win.is this all the guns that shoot this cartridge?
Sierra makes a good 200 grain FP for the .375. Barnes also makes some jacketed bullets in 220 and 255 I believe. I've never shot the Barnes but hear good things about them.
If I had a good supply of lead, I'd be ordering some moulds.....

Per Hornady Website these are temporarily suspended on production.

Let me know exactly what you need, I will dig around and see what I have on hand. In the meantime:

if the cast bullets are sized right and kept to reasonable speed they will not lead your barrel. get some Butch's bore shine and the copper fouling disappears also. I have a 03'springfield 30-06 that has never had a jacketed bullet down its throat. 1000's of rounds and no leading problems.

Also Savage 99. That's what my .375 Win. is.
