For a 200 gr bullet, work up from 36 to around 38 gr of Reloader 7.

"THE" .375 Winchester load is 36.0gr Reloader 7 under a Hornady 220gr FP.

I keep it simple (and easy to remember) and stay with 3-7-5 and go with 37.5 gr. R-7......
