I've needed customer service from them due to receiving an item that had rusted (not their fault), and will say they delivered most excellently.

I prefer the 220 grain Hornady, but the 200 grain Sierra has worked well for me in the 375 Winchester in a Marlin 375 and a T/C Contender.
