I found a Marlin 39 TDS in a pawn shop a couple weeks ago. Did not have the box or the carry case with it but I bought it just for a shooter. Did not want to eject but I had another 39A that did the same thing and turned out to be the extractor letting go of the fired case before the ejector could give it a good hit. I had a few spares in my parts box and put one in and now works fine. Pretty neat little carbine with the 16 1/4" barrel.

The TDS is my favorite 39. I got lucky and found one on GB a few years that I got for a fantastic price.

I got it for $475 OTD. I sold one two years ago for $900. It had the carry case and box. It was also the checkered stock TDS.
