Absolutely. I grew up with a bunch of friends and all of us were rabid dove hunters. 40 years ago there were a lot of grade b dairy farms around and silage fields were everywhere. Those days are gone but I still enjoy a good hot dove hunt probably better than any kind of hunting. Some people bash it but it will make you a better shotgun shot than anything I know.

LOVE IT. Nothing helps your pass shooting more. I always take two choke tubes, a light mod and a improved mod depending on how they are flying. If you like dove hunting you will like pigeon shooting too, if you haven't tried it you should. I killed my first Eurasia dove last year, we don't get many. bonus. Pigeons are fairly thick though and I whack them on a regular basis.
