Home
Headed east again.

Leaving the Gallatin Valley on Oct 8th or 9th, staying in the Terry/Glendive/Baker area. Heading home the 11th or 12th.

Hunting birds in the morning and evening, Pronghorn whenever I find the right one.

Phez, sharptail, huns, ducks, turkeys. If it flies, it dies.

No mean drunks or aggro dogs.
Might run into you depending on work

What is an aggro dog?
Aggressive dog.
I have a well-mannered GSP, and little patience for ill behaved dogs.
Waterfowl opens this weekend, pheasant and antelope rifle next weekend.

7 days til departure.....
In Terry now, heading out for some sharpies in an hour or so when my buddy gets here.
Got a limit of phez this morning, and a limit of sharpies this evening.
All public land, all wild birds. Awesome.
Hot today, 88 on the kestrel. Saw a couple pronghorn, nothing worth shooting.
Hunting some private tomorrow for phez and ducks.

I got my limit over my dog, my friend only got one on that walk
His dog is a bit soft on Phez
10-4, I wasn't exactly sure myself.

Always get mixed up on sharptails and pheasants.

You guys going out today?

I might here in an hour before the uber wind kicks up.

We had a great weekend of hunting, bird numbers are up this year.
