chukar and quail,

2 year old coming along very well. Brought my beater shotgun . I just shoot better with it than any other of my shotguns.

stopped in mid morning to avoid the snakes. Managed 2 chukar. Missed a bunch more. Really skittish this year but numbers look good

Hey good hunt. Your pup is shining!
Nice!

Many snakes out? I'm excited to get some time to follow my dog around. It's definitely fall!

Those chukar look cool as schit.

Travis
Super!! I hope to someday get Hank into some chukar country. Going to be a long ass drive for some birds, but picking up 'flave on the way will make it seem shorter...

Kept an eye out for snakes

Ended hunt by 1030 just in case as this area holds a lot of rattlers

If any of you make it to E WA will take you out for chukar
I have hunted quite a bit over by Dayton, up somewhat high, and never saw a snake.

Last year my first hunt was right by the aptly named Snake River. Wont be headed back there early in the season!

Excellent!!
