I'd heard it was one reason why sperm whales were hunted, the extremely fine oil they bore. Didn't know it was also good for wood finish.

Also the finest leather tanning oil.

Googled it. Now I want some just because they say I can't buy it

Some tout boiled Linseed Oil on bare wood to preserve and bring out the grain...
A lot cheaper than something you can't buy.

and milking one seems a bit impractical
