This was a Colorado truck with only slight rust in the bed. It had new tires.
Big v-6 stick shift with low range 4wd. 200,000 miles.
My son wants to buy it. What is it worth?
Thanks

This is pre-Tacoma? Not much. That V-6 had issues, the transfer and tranny were oddballs now hard to get parts for. I'd keep looking for a 4cyl or a 3.4 V6 (Tacoma)

As TAK stated, I'd pass on this truck and look for a '96 or newer V6, or a 4cyl. I know the deals are tempting, but the really clean pre-96 V6 pickups/4runners are always priced much cheaper for a reason.

I'm odd man out, I guess.
I prefer the pre Tacoma trucks.

Only the 4 cyl. though. out of 5 of them I had 1 head gasket issue. It didn't take much to fix it right.

A 96 V6 with rust, about $2,500.00

I like the older trucks too...........but ONLY the 4cyl.

I missed the OP's mention of rust in the bed the first time. I'd also check what's going on underneath and especially the frame.
I had an 89 once and it was so rusty I could have grated cheese with the fenders.
The bumper was ready to fall off and the frame was rusting That was the final straw..
