Just an FYI for the diesel drivers. When I bought Badger's 2003 2500, he got me started using Red Line products. I am almost done with my first case of the Red Line 85 Plus Diesel Fuel Additive and since I can't buy it locally, I was looking online today and found some on sale at XDP Diesel Power. They are running a Columbus Day sale and I bought a case of 12 bottles for $85.86 with free shipping. That is about $33.00 less than the first case I bought.
Good heads up Paul. How's the '03 doing for you?
What does Redline do?

cetane?
gel?
lubricity?

All 3? smile

All three if you buy the winter blend. Good stuff. Helped the first set of injectors go 275k miles on that truck. I replaced them because the return rates were getting out of spec, no other reason. Original CP3 fuel pump. I'm a believer in regular filter changes and using a good quality additive.
Alan - the truck is doing well, thanks for asking. I like the looks of your new one.

Great! There's lots of miles left in that one smile

I like the new one a lot, but I have to say I do miss the power and throttle response of the '03.
Thanks, Alan.

Do you add anything for algae? I hear things.

Never have. I suppose frequency of use or lack thereof might dictate it's use, but my truck is a daily driver and with regular fuel filter changes (every 10k) I've never had an issue.
